Delia paints in oil on canvas and takes inspiration from the enormous skies, wide seas and empty coasts of her native Suffolk; small figures enliven the compositions. Delia’s paintings possess a calm, poetic observation showing a sensitive but sure brushwork. She exhibits at the New English Art Club, Discerning Eye and RA Summer Exhibitions in London, and in Suffolk at Ipswich, Snape and Aldeburgh.
